Veterans Oasis Park
Veterans Oasis Park is the standout. It’s built around a spring-fed lake with a paved loop trail that’s genuinely pleasant for a dog walk, especially in the cooler morning hours, and it connects into a wider network of desert trails if you want to extend the walk. There’s shade along parts of the loop, which matters more in Chandler than almost anywhere else on this list.
Espee Park Dog Park
A dedicated off-leash area with separate sections for large and small dogs, which makes it a solid choice if you’ve got a smaller or more nervous dog who doesn’t do well getting bowled over by bigger, more boisterous ones.
